The TI-Nspiration Tour introduces high school mathematics educators to the TI-Nspire™ handheld’s features, which are designed to help further engage students while effectively teaching concepts in specific subject areas. TI’s newest educational technology creates a dynamic dimension for students to explore dynamically linked multiple representations of a problem on a single screen and use computer features for a more interactive learning experience.

Participating educators can choose to attend their choice of three-hour workshops in two of the following subject areas:

• Algebra 1 / Beginning Algebra
• Algebra 2 / Advanced Algebra
• Geometry
• Precalculus /T rigonometry
• Statistics
• Calculus

The TI-Nspiration Tour runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Check-in begins at 8 a.m

Hands-on
Led by knowledgeable T³™ – Teachers Teaching with Technology instructors, the TI-Nspiration Tour provides a hands-on overview of TI-Nspire capabilities and how these dynamic features can help build student success in mathematics.

TI-Nspiration Tour participants receive a $100 coupon to attend a T³ TI-Nspire 3-day training workshop, a certificate of completion and 30-day trial CD of TI-Nspire computer software.
